Troops

A troop is a container for advertising, managing, and communicating inside of a real Scouting America Troop. Troops can only have up to 4 digits in their number.

What can a troop do?

Troops can do the following:

Member management: It's important for each troop to have a helpful manager for their members, so Troop Central has your back! Manage all of your troop members with ease.
Calendar events: Events are a staple of each troop, whether they are for meetings, campouts, or any other event, Troop Central has the functionality for adding your own events to your troop's calendar! Change the colors of events, allow scouts to RSVP, and repeat events all in one place!
Document management: A troop may have rented items, join forms, etc. Troop Central allows you to centralize all of your documents for ease of access.
Announcements: Things change. It's normal, and Troop Central has your back! With our announcemment system, you can send emails to certain groups of scouts/adults within seconds.
Photos: Create an album and upload all of your amazing memories to your troop's photos page!
Troop page: Each troop has its very own customizable troop page! Add your meeting location, photos, documents, and links to your troop page for full transparency for anyone!
Posts: Make a post to show your most recent event, or perhaps what happened last meeting! Pin important posts for anyone to recall to.
